Love yourself everyday……!! My fav Karen Mok song. Good morning ! Have a great Wednesday for yourself. Sometimes your body is so tired it just needs lotsa recharging. Listen to your body and sleep/rest as much as possible. Life is about living well and being rested certainly counts as taking care of yourself. I’m so guilty of late nights. But when travelling, I get so tired I usually collapse in bed by 11 or 12 then wakes up at 3-4 then back to sleep till 8
